A Message from Our Founder
Thirty years in this industry has taught me that a building is only as good as the standards behind it.
My Italian heritage instilled an appreciation for craftsmanship — for materials chosen with intention, for details executed with precision, and for work that carries a name worth protecting. That inheritance shaped how I approach every project this company takes on. We stand behind our work, without exception.
After earning my degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, I built my career in the field before building this company. Three decades later, I've seen residential and commercial construction from every angle, and I've learned that excellence isn't accidental. It comes from the standards you set, the people you trust to uphold them, and the discipline to never let either slip.
As a Florida Certified General Contractor and President of Distinctive Development Group, my role is to protect that standard. I provide oversight across our portfolio — vetting the teams we partner with, reviewing the decisions that shape quality and schedule, and ensuring that what we deliver reflects the level of care our clients were promised. I've surrounded myself with exceptional project leaders, and my job is to make certain they have what they need to perform at their best.
